PRIVATE YOGA

In the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama, and Meditation

I offer 1:1 60-90min yoga sessions to assist in students' research of their bodily, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I employ my experience in yoga, personal training, and Thai massage to best serve each student individually.

 

My own practice spans over a decade and I have been teaching group and private classes regularly for the past five years.
